Matthew became President of Frank Surveying Co., Inc. in 2006 after becoming registered. He has over ten years of experience in land surveying, planning, and mapping. Matthew directs all aspects of the company and has transformed FSCI from a two-person company into what has become one of the largest surveying companies in the area. Matthew is also Project Manager for land development and commercial projects.

Matthew has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geomatics from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and is an active member in TSPS.

Valorie is Vice-President of Frank Surveying Co., Inc. She has been involved in the business since 2005 and is responsible for all tax and accounting reports for the company as well as all financial matters.

Valorie has a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and has worked in both the public accounting industry and in corporate accounting for a publicly traded company. She also operates her own accounting company.

Andrew is Project Manager for residential and construction projects performed by FSCI. He is also in charge of the overall field crew schedule for the company.

Andrew currently is a Level II CST Certified Technician and his prior experience is with large engineering projects and sub-surface utility engineering. He has over ten years in all aspects of land surveying.

Kyle is a CAD Technician in charge of the production of survey drawings and maps. He is responsible in ensuring that drawings meet FSCI written standards for surveys and also any contractual agreements that require specialized mapping or design.

Kyle has over 3 years with FSCI and has taken several classes in AutoCAD as well as a degree in computer design and modeling.
